Cancellation/Refund Policy:
When you commit to this class,
you are committing to pay the
FULL 8-week fee, even though
payments are due only every
month. In other words, you will
be charged the full fee upon
registration, regardless of
attendance. You agree to pay the
monthly payment prior to the
first class of the month, by
check or credit card.
Full refunds are granted only
for the following reasons:
Other than those situations, the
fee is non-refundable. However,
if circumstances exist that make
it impossible for you to
continue the class, you will be
allowed to transfer once to
another workshop within 6 months
for a
10%
administration fee.
You may also donate your
workshop to my "Scholarship
Fund" for a couple in need.
Your donation will be anonymous.
If you "no-show" or drop after
the first day, or leave class
early your fee is
non-refundable/non-transferable.
Responsibilities:
The success of this class
depends upon everyone's
participation. You are expected
to commit to the full 8-week
program after the initial class,
attend ALL the classes, be on
time, do your homework and
participate fully during the
class. You will only get out of
the class what you put into it.
CONFIDENTIALITY is imperative!
In other words, what is said in
the class, by way of
participants' names and personal
information, STAYS in the class!
Agreement to this principle is a
REQUIREMENT for safety!
Absences:
If you call or email me ahead of
class, stating why you must be
absent, I will offer you one
FREE make-up session. After
that, make-ups are charged at
regular group or individual fee,
whichever applies. If you "No
Show," the free makeup session
does not apply. If you miss the
first class, you will not be
permitted to join the class
later. Regular, on-time
attendance is important to the
success of the class. Please be
respectful of this.
Releases:
You understand that this program
is educational Coaching and NOT
Psychotherapy. You release Carol
A. Anderson, LMFT and David
Steele, LMFT and any and all
related institutions and/or
individuals from any and all
guarantees, responsibilities
and/or promises, regarding the
outcome of this program. You
understand that you are solely
responsible for the results of
this program. You accept full
responsibility for any change or
decision now or ever made
regarding the use of this
material.
Upon receipt of your
registration, you will receive
an email or snail-mail
confirmation letter outlining
all the details of the Program.
